Brookfield Condominium Services
Managed a high-rise tower, consisting of 571 units with both residential and commercial components, governed by complex Reciprocal Cost Sharing Agreement.
- Developed corporation budgets, successfully balancing required spending with owner demand to keep fees low and resolve substantial accumulated deficit
- Eliminated accumulated deficit ($500k) within first year on site through contract re-negotiation and cost reduction through all available energy efficiency initiatives
- Negotiated CCDC2 contracts for major capital projects: complete HVAC equipment retrofit (heating and hot water boilers, chiller and cooling tower, circulation pumps for loop, new BAS fully integrated with all new equipment) and complete building envelope rehabilitation
